Pool Umbrellas

Due to vandalism and damage incurred from the recent high winds, six of the eight large shade umbrellas at the Meadowood pool are currently inoperable.  These are being repaired.  However; due the lead time to order the needed parts and to have the custom umbrella canvases manufactured/repaired, we anticipate that the umbrellas will be inoperable for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.  During this time, please do not attempt to operate the remaining umbrellas or force these into an open position, as the umbrellas will only open with the use of a special key.

The KPPM Connection

The KPPM Connection is an online tool that offers enhanced homeowner services.

Using the portal, you can:

  • Make Online Payments
  • View Current and Previous Statements and Billing Inserts
  • Print Account History Reports
  • Update Enhanced Email Notification Features

Please visit www.kppmconnection.com. Please log in using your account online email address and password. If you have not registered, please have your billing statement available to enter in the required information. For added convenience, we also offer an ACH program in which your monthly assessment payments are automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. You will no longer have to remember when to pay your payment, write a check, or pay for any more postage! To sign up, please click here to download the ACH form.
